Authors are invited to submit abstracts (up to 500 words) for oral or poster presentations, before June 30, 2025. The abstract template is available at the following link and it should be submitted to: balticbiomat@zut.edu.pl

Acceptance of submitted abstracts will be based on the International Scientific Committee recommendation, and will be notified before July 8, 2025. The proceedings of accepted contributions will be distributed at the Symposium.    

The authors of oral and poster presentations will have the possibility to publish their work after peer review process in Polymers (MDPI) and Polimery (Warsaw) 

Polymers (ISSN 2073-4360) is an open access journal with its latest impact factor of 4.9, rplacing it in the Q1 quartile (top 25%) in Web of Science. It provides an interdisciplinary forum for publishing papers which advance for the fields of (i) polymerization methods, (ii) theory, simulation, and modeling, (iii) understanding of new physical phenomena, (iv) advances in characterization techniques, and (v) harnessing of selfassembly and biological strategies for producing complex multifunctional structures. 

All participants are invited to submit their papers to a speciall issue titled "From Polymers Design to Advanced Structures for Biomedical Applications" which will be published in 2025.
